Kristy Miles Pearson is a dynamic entrepreneur, event curator, and the visionary founder of The Craftery DIY Studio + Bar and Social Life Lou. With a background in Public Relations, Advertising, and Fashion Marketing, Kristy has built a career around creativity, community, and unforgettable experiences. A Louisville native, she is passionate about connecting people through hands-on events and empowering others to explore their creative side. Aliscia Pace is a dynamic nurse leader with 15 years of nursing experience that co-owns Pace Healing Helpers, a homecare agency in Indiana. She currently practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on serving the most vulnerable individuals from pediatric to geriatric patient populations. She is a mission-driven leader who enjoys connecting with like-minded individuals and serving her community through board service, volunteering, and educating on all things related to health and wellness!
Keynote Speaker: Deidra Collins
Deidra is the CEO of The Collins-Thornton Collective, where she leads with vision, resilience, and glamour to transform spaces and uplift communities. Her work bridges construction, branding, and nonprofit strategy, with a focus on mentoring women and turning bold ideas into lasting impact.

Jessica Mattingly is a nurse turned photographer serving the Louisville Metro area. After 26 years in healthcare, She turned her love for helping people into a portrait studio focusing on Beauty, Boudoir, and Branding. She owns Lipstick & Lace Photography which focuses on the Beauty and Boudoir side, while her other business, Bluegrass Branding is centered around headshots as well as personal and professional branding.
Beyond doing headshots for many women-centered solopreneur/entrepreneur groups in the area, her most recent branding work can be seen in a collaboration with PonyBoy Bourbon Slings. She firmly believes “selfies are cute, but you’re ICONIC”.
